Live training, recordings and personal verification in one place.

Training is not sold separately. Eligible live training opens according to your membership rights; new recorded training requires verification of your own named registration, eligible allowance and the access conditions below.

Access to new recorded training

Your eligible Clinic Pro training allowance and own named registration are verified. The following access and certificate request rules apply when access to a ready recording opens.

Your 30-day window to begin viewing starts on the day access to the ready training recording opens.
You have 48 hours to complete the training from the first time you start actual playback.
Closing, reopening, refreshing the page or changing devices does not restart either time window.
Manual fast-forwarding and rewinding are unavailable; playback resumes from the last position verified and saved on the server.
The “Request certificate” button in your account is visible but dimmed from the start. It becomes available only after viewing is verified as complete on the server and the participation record associated with this access is eligible for a certificate.
Your own unique certificate request goes to the admin queue. An administrator emails the certificate manually; a document or email is not sent automatically.

This information applies to the new recorded training policy. Live training terms and earlier earned, purchased or granted training and certificate rights are preserved.

Your own current period and remaining allowance are verified when you register for new recorded training; the same training does not consume a second allowance. The acquired recording’s 30-day and 48-hour windows do not restart with an ordinary renewal or the end of a membership period. Certificate terms for live training and earlier earned rights are preserved.
