If two devices race, the database opens only one session and rejects the other.

The training provider issues the certificate through its own authorised signatory. It names the real organiser, educator, attendee, event, date and duration; Stokontrol is not presented as the certificate issuer.
Stokontrol supplies only the secure registry and QR-verification layer. Any specialist, credit or accreditation scope depends on the training provider's verified statement. Replay viewers are never eligible for a certificate.
Commercial model
The live package earns education revenue while giving eligible new clinics seven days after payment verification to activate safely; the full 14-day Clinic Pro experience starts only at successful activation. The replay library is a separately priced, repeat-purchase information product without a certificate.
Every educator, organiser and sponsor is verified independently. No logo, video or partnership claim is published until the asset, usage rights and placement are approved.

It covers one person's live attendance and Q&A, a certificate issued by the training provider when the conditions are met, and a Clinic Pro activation right for an eligible new clinic. Verified payment opens a seven-day activation window; the full 14-day term starts after real clinic details and current consents are completed.
The replay must start within 24 hours and is for one participant. First play starts a fixed six-hour window; it includes no Q&A, certificate, Clinic Pro or Stoko reward.
One active application session and a device-bound short-lived ticket are used. Suspicious device changes require re-verification. No web system can absolutely prevent filming the screen with another camera.
A verified provider failure before media delivery does not consume the right. Incidents after activation are reviewed through audit evidence; eligible cases receive controlled access restoration instead of being blindly sent to a second purchase.
