Which plan includes live training?

Clinic Pro includes one training and conditional certificate allowance per calendar month, or 12 per calendar year. Your own period and remaining allowance are verified for a new recording registration; the same training does not consume another allowance.

When can I watch recordings?

Under the new recording policy, the 30-day window to start begins when your right to the ready video opens; the 48-hour viewing window begins with your first actual playback. Closing, refreshing, changing devices, ordinary membership expiry or membership renewal does not reset either window; opened windows remain valid. Live training keeps its own participation terms. Earlier accepted membership-library terms and earned, granted or issued rights are preserved.

How do I receive a participation certificate?

For new recorded training, you may submit your own unique certificate request only when viewing is verified as complete on the server and the participation record associated with this access is eligible for a certificate. The request goes to admin review; if approved, a person emails the certificate. Payment or merely opening a video does not provide an automatic certificate.

Do I need an in-person setup meeting?

Stokontrol is delivered entirely online, with no in-person setup. Before purchasing, explore the fictional demo without registration or card details.

What does Training offer?

Live dental education, questions submitted to a moderator and Turkish-to-English captions in supported sessions. Available programmes and your account’s access are shown under Training. Participation requires verified access for the event.

Who issues the certificate and how is it verified?

The training provider issues a personal certificate using the eligible participant’s first and last names. Its QR code opens the verification page. Stokontrol supplies the technical infrastructure; QR verification does not imply official accreditation or professional authorisation. Does every broadcast have English captions?

Caption-enabled sessions translate Turkish speech into English on the viewer screen. Language support is listed under Training. Accuracy depends on audio quality and speech; error-free translation of medical terminology is not guaranteed.

How does Stoko help?

Stoko is an AI-assisted companion for dental workflows. It helps explain product guidance and permitted operational steps, and highlights issues such as critical stock and pending work. It does not diagnose, replace clinical judgement or complete critical actions without approval.

Can I explore Stokontrol without registering?

Yes. The 15-minute demo uses temporary sample data and cannot write to a real clinic.

Does creating a proposal deduct inventory?

No. Inventory changes only after treatment and actual material use are explicitly confirmed.

Can every employee see finance and cost data?

No. Visibility is controlled by role and can be adjusted by an authorised clinic administrator.

Can existing data be imported?

Structured CSV or spreadsheet imports use preview, field checks, duplicate checks and explicit final confirmation.

Does Stoko make clinical decisions?

No. Stoko explains and suggests; final clinical and operational decisions remain with authorised people.

Is every regional integration already available?

No unsupported integration is presented as ready. Regional availability is confirmed during onboarding.

What does Clinic Pro include?

Clinic Pro combines patient and appointment management, the dental chart and proposals, treatment execution, inventory, finance, laboratory, documents, reports, team permissions and activity history in one clinic workspace.

Is there a custom setup for a large clinic or hospital?

Large clinics and hospitals can also start with Clinic Pro. Team permissions, visibility and workflows are configured within the workspace; there is no separate clinic plan with an undisclosed price.

Can clinics and laboratories work separately?

Yes. Clinic and laboratory workspaces remain separate; when connected, work orders, messages, files and revisions can be followed with authorised access.

Does Stokontrol work on phones and tablets?

The interface is designed for responsive use on mobile, tablet and desktop. Final suitability should be verified with the clinic's own devices and workflows.

How long does setup take?

Setup is entirely online, with no in-person installation. Timing depends on clinic structure and migration needs. Team, working hours, inventory and laboratory workflows are configured in your account.

Does Stokontrol require an internet connection?

Yes. Stokontrol is a cloud-based SaaS product and requires an active internet connection for normal use.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Export scope and contractual retention terms are confirmed during setup. Supported clinic exports are provided through controlled, authorised flows.
