These terms describe the current early-access product. No paid membership or collection starts until company, payment-provider and country eligibility have been verified.
Creating an account requests early access to a product workspace. No card details are collected, no charge arises and no paid subscription is formed. Commercial scope, price, tax, payment and country eligibility are shown separately before activation.
Users must protect access credentials, act only within their permissions and report suspicious access to info@stokontrol.com.
Stokontrol helps organise clinic operations; it does not replace clinical judgement, diagnosis, treatment decisions or the user's legal and professional duties.

A user creates records only for a business and people they are authorised to represent. Real patient or laboratory data must not be entered until an authorised representative accepts the current Data Processing Terms and the workspace is enabled for clinical processing. The demo is for sample data only.
Processing patient and clinic data through Stokontrol is subject to the versioned Data Processing Terms and the technical-measures, subprocessor, transfer and retention annexes. Seeing a registration notice or opening an account is not acceptance of that agreement.
A referral reward arises only after the first qualifying, verified paid subscription. Regional catalogue, country verification, points, stock, delivery and provider terms are governed by the Marketplace Terms. Marketplace is not a clinical procurement market and health data must not be entered into delivery fields.
Before payment, every programme identifies the actual educator, the training provider issuing the certificate, the seller/intermediary role, tax-inclusive total and applicable pre-contract notice; Stokontrol is not the educator or certificate issuer. Live and replay access are separate products. A one-participant replay must start within the disclosed 24-hour window after verified payment and is limited to one active application session per account. Issuing the first trusted server playback ticket starts a fixed six-hour window; pausing or leaving the tab in the background does not stop it. Replay creates no Q&A, Clinic Pro entitlement, Stoko or certificate. A verified platform/provider failure is handled through entitlement restoration, extension or an applicable refund without forcing a new purchase. The live-training certificate issued by the training provider confirms attendance and the disclosed completion conditions only and grants no specialist status, licence, academic/CPD credit or professional accreditation. Only the first qualifying verified live Academy payment may create exactly 25 Stoko; replay, self-referral, fraud, refund or chargeback creates none or reverses it.
Access may be proportionately suspended for security, unlawful use, unauthorised access or a verified unpaid charge. Authorised export is offered before termination; return, deletion, anonymisation and legal retention then follow the current processing and retention annex.
