Wallet and rewards
Marketplace is not a clinic procurement or supplier market. It is a claim area for regional rewards earned through verified referrals.
A referral code alone creates no reward. Under the standard commercial referral, eligibility starts after the invited business's first qualifying, verified paid subscription. Under an Academy referral, only the invited person's first qualifying, verified live Academy bundle creates exactly 25 Stoko; replay purchases create no Stoko. Refunds, chargebacks, abuse, self-referral, duplicate registration or an ineligible payment prevent or reverse the reward.
Verified Turkey workspaces may receive a product and digital-gift-card catalogue. Verified international workspaces may receive digital subscription days without products or shipping. Codes, invitations and orders remain disabled while country verification is pending.
Points, model, colour, stock, warranty, delivery region and tax treatment are rechecked at order approval. No substitute is sent without explicit approval. A picture or catalogue entry is not a permanent availability or price promise.
A physical claim collects only recipient name, phone, delivery address and a necessary order note. Do not enter patient, diagnosis, treatment or other health data. Before approval, Stokontrol identifies the fulfilment party, role, disclosed fields and applicable retention information.
A request safely reserves points and is approved or rejected after platform review. Rejection releases the points. Post-approval cancellation, delivery, defect and return terms depend on the reward and real supplier and are shown before confirmation.
Fake accounts, self-referral, payment manipulation or unauthorised delivery details may be investigated. A claim may be paused during review; the decision, reason and points movement remain auditable.
