A clearer closing flow for live training

The live-training closing flow is simpler while preserving the 60-second participant notice. The broadcast team can follow readiness and closing status on one board.

  • The live-end gate no longer waits for two distinct people; one authorised operator approval is enough.
  • The 60-second closing notice, connected-session receipts and MFA/role limits stay in place.
  • A second supervisor approval is optional audit metadata and does not block live-end.
  • The producer console now shows a compact broadcast status board and a seven-step day-of workflow.

Live-training preparation in one flow

The broadcast team can start live training through a simpler flow once the required preparation and security checks pass.

Report summaries, stock search and laboratory archive

A slow report card no longer takes the rest of the page down. Stock search includes barcode, SKU and brand. A local laboratory name can be archived; that is not delete.

  • Each report card uses its own time budget; empty data stays distinct from a load failure.
  • The stock list searches product name, code, barcode, SKU and stored brand.
  • In the external laboratory notebook, an active laboratory name can be archived with confirmation; cases are not deleted.
  • The public mobile menu and 3D logo control have accessible names.

Clearer finance summary, settings and certificate verification

Authorised users see a valid TRY finance total. Stock settings stay limited to manage rights. The certificate URL without a code explains how to verify.

  • The dashboard pending-collection figure is not hidden just because older foreign-currency rows lack a rate; the amount is from verified records.
  • Stock settings appear in Settings only for people who can manage inventory.
  • The certificate verification page explains the process instead of returning 404 when opened without a QR code.
  • The homepage also lists the Kara Grup implant portfolio, including Medigma, as text.

Team messages and the external laboratory notebook

Overnight clinic messages now reach the intended person without an @mention. Clinics can keep lab records even when the laboratory is not on Stokontrol.

  • A direct team message notifies the recipient and shows an unread badge even without an @mention; the sender can see named read receipts.
  • If there is no connected laboratory, My laboratory notebook stores the external lab name, work, materials and delivery notes.
  • The notebook belongs only to the clinic; joining Stokontrol later does not automatically share historical patient data.
  • Google sign-in and training live-open still need owner/business steps; this note does not present them as live.

Clinic Pro scope and Stokontrol's growth story

Visitors can now review what Clinic Pro includes, the team building the product and Stokontrol's staged long-term direction before creating an account.

  • Clinic Pro is explained through patients and appointments, examination and FDI, plans and execution, inventory, laboratory, finance, team operations and Stoko.
  • The page introduces founder and CEO Doğuş Sevinç together with the approximately eight-person team actively working across the product.
  • The published mission is to prove dental clinic and laboratory workflows first; the vision is staged expansion through sector-specific panels and a verified technology, learning and solution network.
  • Training is described through expert-led sessions, one-week Instagram announcements and personal QR-verifiable training certificates issued by the training provider; these certificates do not constitute professional accreditation.

A new product story with live workflow scenes

Before creating an account, visitors can now explore appointments, treatment, inventory, laboratory, finance and rewards in one visual story.

  • A live patient journey follows Aybars Zengin from appointment rescheduling to inventory impact.
  • The Marketplace now shows concrete reward examples and their point values.
  • The pricing area was reorganised to show the total due more clearly before payment.
  • Turkish, English, German and Arabic use the same section order and product scope.
